I am getting pain in my lower right abdomen but the pain is very low.Is it any sign of appendicitis?

It will be very helpful to know whether u have fever vomiting etc... following that physical examination will help to reach a diagnosis... Ultrasonography is first and reliable test,  blood investigation especialy CBC helps a lot

Usually pain starts at umbilicus and then at McBurney's point in case of appendicitis. also it is associated with high fever, vomiting etc. but other appendicular pathologies are also there. First look for McBurney's point tenderness, then better consult a general surgeon physically.
