I have been prescribed apixaban 2.5 mg as trial for a chro condition. I have normal d dimer. I am a little scared to take it. What can be the side effects of this medicine?

Apixaban(2.5 Mg) is use as anticoagulant or blood thinner. Use-Prevent or treat blood clots. Side effects- Nausea, bruising or swelling, bleeding, anaemia.
