Any problem in stopping escitalopram
I have been on escitalopram for past 2 weeks for excess anxiety. I experienced many side effects while taking medicine like sleep disturbance,occasional mild tremors,excess tiredness,delayed ejaculation,decreased orgasm,inability to sustain erection. So i decided to change my place of staying . After i changed my place of stay i didnt have much anxiety or palpitations and i feel better. Can i stop escitalopram suddenly or will i have to taper it before stopping. If so how to taper it.
It would be helpful if you can mention the dose of escitalopram that you are on.
The side effects that you are facing might be difficult to cope with, and there are other medications with such side effects butt at the same time help you with anxiety.
