Any medicines for cold and cough?

I am 23 weeks pregnant. And I am suffering from severe cold and cough. I am taking steam inhalation but still it is not yet cured. Feeling very restless and my noses are blocked. I am unable to breathe. Please suggest me any medicines during my pregnancy for this cold and cough which will not affect my baby.
