I'm Taking Anxit 0.25mg 1 tablet daily at night since 1 and half month. Now, I want to stop that sleeping pill? How can I stop that safely without any widthrawal symptoms?

U can just reduce the dose to half a tablet for one week and then stop Lower doses have more withdrawl symptoms
