During my last period I felt some thing like tissues in my breast . I sacred a lot about it . After going through articles related to breast cancer I started examining it dialy. May be I've used some extra pressure to check my breast.sometimes there is pain in my breast. Very sharp come and goes off.when I examined my breast in circular motion, no lump felt.but small white patches on breast ,fat near armpit is making me fear. Confused whether this is fat or swelling.upper back pain sometimes.
