Hi
I see you are taking few medicines to induce and maintain your sleep, but apart from this it is important to maintain sleep hygiene.
Most important of them is to not sleep at any other time apart from night and to wake up at one particular time in the morning.
However I think if you consult your psychiatrist with your symptoms he/she can help you with changing your medicines a bit to make you sleep better.
