Anxiety weakness and fatigue

I have symptoms of excessive weakness, fatigue and anxiety from a month. So I have done the thyroid test and cbc. Thyroid profile is normal but CBC indicates some issues. I have attached the report here. Please suggest me whether I need to go for the consultation. And what could be the possible causes.
