Anxiety/panic attacks

Very often before/after/during doing anything with friends, my boyfriend, work, family I begin to get very very anxious which doesn't make sense because these are all people/things that I should feel comfortable with/around. It gets to the point where I begin to talk myself out of doing anything and just staying home by myself so I have no interaction with anyone or I have to suffer through constant over thinking and shaking and heavy breathing , my heart beating out of my chest. I need help!
