Doctor has given me buspirone 5mg for panic attacks. Will it helpful to cure my pounding heart and restlessness and racing thoughts..

Hi sir Thanks for seeking help here. It's a good choice for anxiety but not for panic attacks. It will not help that great as do SSRI and SNRI do but it does not have sexual side effects. That may be the reason it was preferred. Plz increase the dose
