Anxiety over heart condition

I have health anxiety over my heart condition, two years ago I took all test such as ecg, 2d Doppler and all came negative, but I keep on feeling something is wrong with my heart, Today while workout I felt I am losing control, my hand is numb and bit of dizziness I stopped immediately and my anxiety spiked. Do I need to get check up again as it's been two years and really worried about the same. Thanks
