Hello, Thanks in advance ! am experiencing full of body weakness & mental tiredness since one month...getting full of tremors in head & motions 3-4times daily, sweaty palms & feet....not going to office...tried using homeopathy since one month & it worsened my problem even more so went to a psychiatrist n asked him for a medicine which has very least side effects because before i took serta lonazep & inderal for 2years..and it gave me full side effects....made me slow...and also screwed my libido now i should get married ! so the doc prescribed me vilano 20 & corus...but vilano makes my head weight n i feel like drunk person so tired its same like serta...i dont want such drugs...is there any medicine for me which can cure my problem, i want concentration,happy feeling in me & to stay very focused & alert towards my work & also with good erections.......if so there is any medicine for all the above problems with least side effects....please help.....thank you once again...
