Perormance anxiety
Hi, this more of performance anxiety and authority fear. Performance anxiety happens as a result of too much interpretation of results and future. So a person stops focusing on performance and starts thinking about end result. Then ends up in more anxiety and gets stuck in the cycle. Also the physiological changes are so dominating that we are sometimes unable to refocus our thoughts. The action plan of a person has to be 1) Finding out the emotional hurdles 2) disconnecting interpretation of bodily sensation 3) Performing exercises that converts your nervousness to confidence. 4) For authority related fear we use gestalt Therapy 5) REBT for Shame related issues.An integrative approach will always help.
