Hi... You can try mastering a Breathing Technique like Deep Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing, etc. It can help you keep a check on your anxiety/panic response and will also keep a check on your heart rate.
Counselling is also something that you can look forward to, especially if the nature and cause of your anxiety is more cognitive or psycho-social.
But please do follow all your doctors guidelines on your treatment. Breathing techniques are not a replacement for medical treatment.
