Hi , I hope you are doing ok . What you are describing could be performance anxiety , or it could be that your previous anxiety , has increased and started effecting your practice as well .
You need to learn coping mechanisms . You need to learn skills to deal with anxiety and prevent it from impacting your life .
You need to start counseling sessions , Mindfulness based relaxation techniques , CBT will help , .
If it's severe , you will need some anti anxiety medications . Please consult with a psychiatrist and get proper evaluation done.
