Anxiety -Excessive Sleepiness-drowsiness

I am suffering from excessive worries due to my studies as a result I am feeling sleepy for last 2 days, tiredness, body pain & fever(slight-sometimes). Sometimes I become Insomniac and sometimes I become Hypersomniac.
