Anxiety due to ct scans

I had my 1st ct scan at the age of 16 of brain(which was all normal) I had covid and i had breathing issues So had 2 hrct of chest in a span of 8 days I am really anxious and fearful about the harm due to radiation Please let me know how much harm has it caused to me and how will it affect my later life. Thank you in advance.
