Anxiety And Stress

Since 2018, I have felt low energy on exam mornings and struggle to get out of bed. I'm unsure if it's due to overthinking. I experience bloating, which sometimes leads to vomiting and fainting. I have fainted about 3 to 4 times during stressful situations, and I don't know what to do.

Hi Your symptoms—low energy, bloating, fainting, and vomiting under stress—point toward performance anxiety or somatic anxiety, where your body reacts strongly to pressure, especially during exams. It’s not just overthinking; your system is going into a stress shutdown. This can be helped with CBT techniques focused on anxiety triggers, body regulation, and reframing exam-related fear. You don’t have to keep pushing through it alone—therapy can help you feel calm, steady, and in control on important days. Take therapy. Hello, it’s possible that your symptoms like low energy, fainting, and bloating during stress are related to anxiety or overthinking, but other medical causes should also be ruled out. Fainting under stress can be concerning and needs proper evaluation. I suggest consulting once so we can understand the root cause and guide you with the right approach.
