Anxiety and Shortening of breath

I feel very Anxious related to work, have a lot of to do list and always get anxious to complete them. Always worry about work... while working i stop breating which increases my anxiety.

You're probably having a panic attack.  Please consult a psychiatrist. Also you can enroll in yoga/gym/zumba etc

Hi This may be the features of performance anxiety, which u just lack experience in doing stuff.
