Anxiety and panic attack

Had a Panic attack on 16 Mar since then having problem of feeling of taking deep breath continuously with feeling of cant catch it. Last 2 weeks suffering from Gas, Acid reflux and regurgitate food. Kindly guide

You will need medicines. Cant risk getting a panic attack specially during lockdown.  Please consult a Psychiatrist.

Hi, You seem to have recognised that it’s panic symptoms. It can mimic medical conditions and the general feeling is that you are suffering from something big. Are you under any stress? Lot of people feel better if they speak to someone close about it. Apart from causing psychological problems, Stress can cause and also worsen pre existing gastritis if any. Do deep breathing exercises and relaxation exercises. Consult a psychiatrist if symptoms worsen or persists.
