Anxiety and not able to sleep

I'm not sure what is wrong with me but I'm always in a hurry and anxious about everything I do, I get scared for simple reasons and I'm not even able to look at someone in the eye while talking because of the anxiety, and I sometimes even talk to myself, blush for every little thing

Here are some lifestyle changes that you could make to help you sleep better and manage your anxiety: Meditation and Mindfulness - Practicing meditation or mindfulness right before you sleep can be very helpful to reduce anxiety. Meditation and mindfulness also has a number of long term benefits. Deep Breathing - Every time you feel anxious try to take slow, deep breaths. This will help you reduce the panicky feeling Grounding - Grounding refers to making yourself focus on the present moment. While there are a number of grounding techniques, one of the easiest is to identify 5 things you can see, 5 things you can smell, 5 things you can taste, 5 things you can touch and 5 things you can feel. Make a to do list- Making plans and listing them down regularly makes you feel like you have a plan. It gives you a direction towards what’s next and helps you achieve your goals. This will in turn give you a sense of achievement and help you manage your anxiety better. Develop a systematic wake-sleep cycle- Try to sleep and wake up around the same time everyday. This will help you fall asleep automatically when it is bedtime. Physical Activity- Keep yourself active. Whether it is dancing or sports that you enjoy, engaging in physical activities regularly helps you decrease anxiety and improves sleep patterns. Hope this helps! Happy napping!
