I have suffering from anxiety , nervousness and forgetful for last 5 years  whe ever I meet in public . Even if my best friend name or teacher names or regular doctor name. I only sleep on right side in night . When I try to sleep on left side, I wake up in the night,I feel palpitation more. Between 4 pm to 9pm . I feel gas in my abdomen and feel sluggish much. Please suggest me medicine to solve my problem.
