Anxiety and muscle spasms

I have been taking Valium 30mg a day since my teens and am now in my 50s.some years ago the Dr stopped them so had to buy them from the internet.couple of years ago I had a blood clot on my bowel which caused ichseamia and had emergency surgery and survived.I have pad and pvd and get a lot of cramps all over.the Valium helps but the doc won't prescribe it.what can I do?I can't cope anymore
