Hello Respected Doctors, On Nexito 10 and Quitipin 50 for depressive disorders, hallucinations, delusions, mixed anxiety, low esteem, lack of interest and other issues. Most of the symptoms are getting better. Few symptoms like being hyper, sometimes lack of sleep, impulsive thinking, Agoraphobia, panic disorder, getting excited, pulsative in nature, unusual fear and anxiety. Pls suggest any meds. Can I take Clonazepam or Alprazolam SOS. Psychiatrist stated only the mentioned will work but the pointers mentioned are not progressive. Regards

You're already on Nexito (escitalopram) and Quitipin (quetiapine), which are appropriate for your symptoms. The lingering symptoms like anxiety, impulsivity, and panic are common and may take time to improve fully. Regarding Clonazepam or Alprazolam (SOS use): Yes, these can help temporarily for acute anxiety or panic attacks, but only if prescribed by your psychiatrist due to potential dependency.
Next Steps
Suggestions: Discuss adjusting doses or adding a short-term benzodiazepine (like Clonazepam SOS) with your psychiatrist only. Also ask about CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)—very effective alongside meds. Avoid self-medication.
Health Tips
You’re on the right path—symptom control often takes weeks to months. Stay in follow-up with your doctor.

Good,  continue medicine if feel  better.  U can't  stop it suddenly.  You can use clonazepam  0.5 as it's long acting.
