I was prescribed etilaam and sertima 10mg for my anxiety, I had stopped taking it for 1 month, but I am getting nervous and under confident again, shall I start taking the medicine again by consulting another doctor or shall I not continue it further?

Whether to go to another Psychiatrist depends on your comfort with current Psychiatrist. So not restart meds by yourself. Go meet the Psychiatrist
