Anxiety and foggy vision

Hello Doctors, I had a panic attack before 2 month and after that i am facing anxiety and depression with foggy vision and problem in focusing on fast moving objects . I am taking Setral 100 and spenzo 0.5 allopathy medicine for this but after 2 month i don't seen much improvement so i want to know if there is any treatment available for the problem in homeopathy?
