Anxiety and feeling of breathless ness

I first encountered this problem on 19 June and again today I was feeling anxious while I was sleeping suddenly I felt I am choked and then even when wake up I felt like I am going to faint and I was breathless and weak I am undergoing the treatment for typhoid and my haemoglobin count is 10.7 what should I do

As you are suffering from Typhoid ,it could be due to weakness from fever and loss of appetite and reduced intake of nutritious food. Take plenty of water. Take high carbohydrate ,low protein diet. Absolutely no fats(oily food). Take lots of fresh fruits and leaffy vegetables. Take capsule Rubraplex daily once.
