Anxiety & sleep problem

I feel very nervous and anxious while communicating with others even when it is extremely necessaey and also i am not able to sleep properly and wake up many time during night and also feel fatigued due to improper sleep.

Hello, You seem to be suffering from social Anxiety. It can be effectively treated with medication and behaviour therapy . Please consult a psychiatrist
