Iam feeling itchin around my anus area  from last 1 week and have gas issue also, found no signs of pinworm or any eczema

Pinworm does not neccessary bee visible through naked eyes in stools. Check your sugar levels. It's possibly a worm infection. Any pain in passing stools or bleeding while passing stools? Any history of gard stools/acidity/stomach burn. Need more detail history for proper evaluation and management
