6 months ago I had anal Fissure and at that time a small skinny gland started to appear during wiping after bowel and then it disappeared on it's own. Now again 1 month ago it again started to appear only during wiping after bowel and my anus itch and sometimes sharp pain (not sure due to fissure or external hemorrhoids). I've attached a photo of my anus please check and let me know if it's an external hemorrhoid or something else.

Fissures do not normally Heal in 15 days. The thing that you are referring to is called as a sentinel pile. it is not visible at present. You need not bother immediately regarding that swelling. Ointment Has to be continued for over six months for the fissure to heal. Photograph does not reveal anything
