Antifungal Soap
Is there any problem if we regularly use antifungal soaps such as Candid, Ketopz etc.. for taking a bath twice a day? I used to have fungal infections or jock itch in my groins even though I used to take a bath with dettol soaps. I used to wear good quality innerwear also during night time. Can antifungal soaps prevent fungal infections in my groin area?
Antifungal soaps are advised to use only at the time of an active fungal infection.
These soaps are not advised to be used regularly for a longer period.
There are better options available to maintain intimate hygiene.

Using antifungal soaps alone cannot prevent you from fungal infection anytime in future , u need proper treatment oral as well topical if there is fungal infection . Also using dettol soaps daily is not advisable as it makes the skin dry and doesn’t prevent from any type of infection .Hope this would help
