I have been prescribed antibiotics for a possible infection due to my upper wisdom tooth extraction (which wws done 3 weeks back). So i have stabbing pain behind my mandible/below ear, when i click my ear vis mouth it fees like a stabbin pain. Ent has put me on augmentin and zerodol sp for 5 days, how long it takes to get the swelled(but not visible outside) lymph node back to normal shape and the pain occurs only when i click my ear. Attached picture when the stabbing pain takes place.
