Antibiotics if taken under doctor guidance will  have less chance of development of resistance. Since u already had a no of medical conditions,u had to take antibiotics.there was no way out .
Next Steps
if any of Ur further infection/disease doesn't get cured with a particular Antibiotic, then u need to go for a antibiotics resistance profile.
Health Tips
keep calm and relaxed.timely exercises and stress free conditions with balanced eating habits will help you to some extent.

Hello, Resistance to antibiotics develops over a period of time. It depends on various factors that include dosage, time of use etc. Because you had to use them for specific reasons as a part of targeted treatment, Getting medical guidance and using antibiotics under medical supervision helps to prevent the development of resistance. So, there is only a mild to moderate chance of developing resistance. I understand your concern regarding your immunity.
Next Steps
Diet and exercise are the most important things to build immunity.
