While self medication for common cold Medical shopkeeper use to give me antibiotic amoxycillin , is it ok to take antibiotic ?

It's depends that you have common cold along with fever and chills and cough, which might be URTI or LRTI, and if CBC shows raised counts, then antibiotics can be prescribed by only RMP. Do not take antibiotics at your own. Otherwise it ll lead to resistance
