Which antibiotic is the best antibiotic used as the top line treatment for typhoid fever when its bacteria has colonized the Gall Bladder and causing relapses ?

It depends on blood culture and sensitivity reports. And there is need for change of antibiotics as u mentioned causing relapse. Need more detail investigation.
