I am sending an attachment, please suggest me what should I do next? Am I suffering from some kind of disease?

U have thyroid antibodies positive but thyroid test is normal. As of no need to of medicines. Need to monitor thyroid test every 2-3 months as chances of becoming hypothyroid is high.

Presence of antibodies to thyroid just suggests u have autoimmunity for thyroid.. As long as your TSH is normal nothing to worry..but monitoring of TSH is important regularly.... For more detailed information consult endocrinologist
