Anti reflective glasses

I use laptop for almost 8 hours and I feel like my eyes are hurting and I don't use any glasses. I heard about Anti reflective glasses which blocks blue rays so I was wondering should I go for it or not?

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are having computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids
