Hello Doctor, are there any good anti aging creams that are safe during pregnancy?

You can apply vitamin c serum and sunscreen

You can use KLMC 20 serum or VCX20 serum at night on your face.. there are other options too but you can't use it in pregnancy. Also before starting the cream it would be advisable to get your skin examine to make sure there is no contraindication. Hope this is helpful.
