This is normal.
1. Women who are obese it is actually difficult for the waves to penetrate. So ultimately after seeing on ultrasound repeatedly, if they are not able to see the fetus well, they mention it in a comment at the end that proper visualisation was not possible.
2. About the application of pressure with probe, that too is normal. Do not feel truamatised. The doctor does everything for the good of the patient. That much pressure won't harm you or the fetus.
The doctor knows how much pressure to apply.
3. The baby not giving the right position suitable for taking images, also is a common situation.
There is nothing that you can do to change the position of the baby. It has to happen on its own.
