Echogenic foci can be an accidental finding. But we need to repeat the scan may be after a month. And a detailed 2 D echo of baby after the delivery is advisable

Thats not an major issue, repeat scan after 4 weeks for detailed analysis of the baby’s heart No need termination for one soft marker
