Is it possible to have ankylosing spondylitis being HLAB27 negative , ESR 16 CRP 0.9 , MRI OF SI and PELVIC normal before two month , MRI can miss early diagnosis

MRI may fail to detect early changes and HLA B27 may also be negative but ESR of 16 is very less likely.

Yes HLA B27 negative spondylitis is possible Any scan may miss the early diagnosis (scan is operator dependent)
