Hi sir/madam This is vignesh, I had a heavy pain in joints, spine, & buttocks for the past 5 years.. Recently i consulting a rheumatology dr, he said i had a ankylosing spondylitis disease. How can i treat this, what should i do, It is curable.? What is the meditation for this problem.!! Please let me know about the treatment..! Thank you..
