Having ankylose spondylitis , pain in SI joint with inflammation. MRI diagnosed with unilateral sacroillitis and mild marrow edema. MT and tb gold test are negative.

Unilateral sacroilitis is mostly tb or traumatic. Both can be ruled out on an mri. With history of ankylosing spondylitis ,it seems to be the cause. Sacroiliac joint injection helps in these cases
