I hurt my ankle yesterday. It got twisted. It has swell up and also hurts. I applied volini but the swelling hasn't decreased. Is it a sprain or a fracture?

It  Must be ankle sprain  ,consult orthopedic surgeon to get evaluated for ruling out fracture
