I have talofibular ligament sprain and soft tissue injury with swelling.. doctor prescribed me  synthetic plaster...but the day after plaster bruises occur below the finger (the edge of plaster)..and it increases...but I don't have any numbness in my toe finger . Why bruising occurred?

Some amount of bruising is normal with ligament sprains. As long as your pain doesn't increase and there is not much of swelling you may continue the plaster cast advised by your treating orthopaedic surgeon
