Hi, I am suffering from side ankle sprain on left foot inside just below the ankle. Its been 2 weeks. Swelling is reduced but pain is till there. I am able to walk with pain. However, no fracture is been detected by physician. I want to how to heal from this pain completely and how much time it takes. I am currently applying ice , moov spray and taking proxym er tablet. Thanks in advance.

as long u don't take proper rest. it will take more time. otherwise with rest it settles in 2-4 wks
