I am extremely logical or/rational towards any problem I see, especially debates. However, at times, especially when at home or/and workplace, I snap out and the aftermath of that is nothing pleasant which makes me guilty and thus makes me indulge in constant internal shaming and check. The short temper issue has aggravated a lot, lately. I am under SSRIs and nootropics to for I have been diagnosed with ADHD. Any advice regarding behavioural counselling/mindfulness therapy would be appreciated.
