Feeling helpless or vulnerable makes us cry often. It may be triggered by fights happening with our family members or by things happening around us. It could be a part of your personality trait or sometimes just a state which is triggered by our situations.
There is nothing to worry if it happens occasionally, but if it's getting to be a pattern and happening more often, then it's time to let them out in therapy, rather than holding those insecurities or your vulnerabilities for too long..every mind has a saturation point to which it can hold things and no one is an exception...so pls pay attention to yourself before it becomes too much to handle
