I have anxiety and panic . last six year i am taking treatment. i have taking nexito plus tablet six year. my questions: taking six year the medication have same effect. or increase dosage

Hello, Nexito plus is a combination of escitalopram 5mg and clonazepam 0.5 mg. Tab escitalopram can be given up to 20mg. Tab clonazepam keeps you calm. If your symptoms are under control then there is no need to increase the dosage.
