I want to sleep early but not sleeping and burn in the wind pipe and suddenly when i stand it feel lightheaded wht is this Is this a symptoms of anemia??

It can be due to gastric also .. finish your dinner two hours before you sleep and also slow walking habit also you practice .. so that type of burning issues won't be there.. and feeling lightheaded can be due to less water intake . Increase your water intake to 3 litre daily.. if symptoms persist do blood test like cbc and check you are anemic..
